Agresto is a beautiful 13th Century barn that has been restored and transformed into a house, and is set on a private 15 acre property in the Tuscan countryside. Located on a hill opposite Siena, the house offers fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

The house has been carefully restored using original old bricks, and the two circular pillars in front reflect its ancient origins as a barn. The house is impeccably and comfortably furnished, with high ceilings that make the rooms quite luminous.

The main entrance leads into a spacious living/dining room with high wood-beam ceilings. Glass paneled doors lead outside to two private furnished terraces. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is located on a lower level. The double bedroom and bathroom, with Jacuzzi bathtub, are also on this lower level. Another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, along with the study/sitting room, are on an upper level. One double bedroom can become a twin bedroom upon request.

The swimming pool is in a picturesque setting, set amid the gardens overlooking Siena. The pool is shared with the owners, who live in a separate main farmhouse on the property.

Maid service is available upon request. The house has satellite TV, DVD player, a washing machine, and a telephone. A baby cot is available.

Siena, with all facilities, shops, and restaurants, is just 2 miles away. A bus stop with service to the city center is not far from the villa’s entrance gate.
