Apartment Milano is a well-restored and charming apartment, ideal for a couple or a small family wishing to have accommodations that provide easy access to the main tourist attractions of Rome.  Located a block from Via Nazionale, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum are just a few minutes on foot from the apartment, and the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps are not more than a fifteen-minute walk.  Excellent public transportation is just minutes away from the apartment. 

The apartment is on the seventh floor of a well-maintained building, and is serviced by an elevator.  The entrance hall has interesting musical decorations on the ceiling, and opens into the comfortably furnished and spacious combination living/dining room.  The room has a sofa that can be converted into a single bed, and a wood dining table.  A large plasma TV with satellite reception and a high-speed Internet connection are in this room.  

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a chair and a wardrobe.  A window provides natural daylight to the room, and it is well decorated.  Adjacent to the bedroom is the ceramic tiled bathroom with a large shower. 

Apartment Milano has a fully equipped kitchen with a window.  It has a small table for three for those who wish to dine in the kitchen.  Stores for grocery shopping are steps away from the apartment.

A fabulous feature of Apartment Milano is the spacious terrace accessed from the living/dining room.  It has a table with chairs for outside dining.  The terrace, decorated with plants and an olive tree, has wonderful views to the rooftops of the historic center of Rome.  An enclosure on the terrace houses a washing machine. 

The weekly price varies depending upon whether 2 or 3 people occupy the apartment. There is a 20% surcharge for Easter and Christmas/New Year's rentals.
