This lovely Mediterranean-style villa is in a quiet and tranquil location, located high on the rocks overlooking the sea on the northern coast of Sardinia. From the villa and garden there are stunning views of the white cliffs of Corsica and its small islands.

The villa is very well furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. It is ideal for a group desiring some privacy and independence while vacationing together. The first floor has a sitting room with a fireplace that opens onto a covered verandah. With its dining table and chairs, this is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The kitchen on this floor also opens onto the verandah.

On a lower floor, there is a self-contained apartment. A sitting room opens onto a covered terrace, with a kitchen corner and fireplace. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite; one bedroom has independent access to the garden.

The villa's second floor contains the rest of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has independent access through stairs to the garden. There are two twin bedrooms; one is in an alcove and suitable for children. Two bathrooms are on this floor.

The villa is located in an area that is less crowded than the nearby famous Costa Smeralda, and it is an excellent base for exploring the Sardinian coastline or for taking day trips to Corsica. The restaurants and lively nightlife of the Costa Smeralda are within a 30 to 50 minute drive.

A beautiful boat with a skipper is available at extra cost. Maid service is included 6 hours per week.
