Cavalcanti is a luxury residence that is situated in a newly restored hamlet called the Castello di San Donato in Perano. The hamlet is located in the heart of the Chianti region, near the historic villages of Gaiole and Radda in Chianti, and in the center of a large wine producing area. In addition to other residences, the hamlet includes a castle dating back to the 10th century and a church, along with several other buildings. There are shared gardens, a restaurant, a shop with local products and a wine bar in the hamlet. There is also a very large swimming pool shared with other residents that has spectacular views over the vineyards and the Chianti hills.
Cavalcanti’s position in the hamlet gives it unusual privacy compared to other units on the estate. It has its own spacious terrace and a garden where guests have the most stunning views of the surrounding countryside when relaxing outdoors or having “al fresco” meals under the well furnished pergola. The owners have paid particular attention to the interior decoration of this residence.
The interiors have been furnished to a luxury standard and equipped with all modern facilities. The living room is very large and very well decorated. Cavalcanti has two master bedrooms. Both of the master bedrooms feature kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi baths and separate showers. The twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. All of the bedrooms open out onto the beautiful garden and terrace.
The kitchen has top-level appliances and a table for dining. Maid service is provided for two to three hours a day, five days a week. The maid is also an excellent cook, and she is available to prepare meals upon request.
