This farmhouse is situated at the center of a small vineyard producing Chianti wine. The village of Radda in Chianti is less than a mile away, yet the farmhouse is in a quiet position with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and vineyards. This is a wonderful location, right in the heart of Chianti Classico and only 20 miles from Siena.

Campassole is an imposing stone-built farmhouse that has been restored and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The large living room with fireplace and the dining room open via French doors to the front garden, where there is a covered outdoor dining area.

Other rooms on the first floor include the kitchen, single bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower), a powder room and laundry room.

The second floor is also accessible from an outside staircase that leads to a covered terrace. On this floor there are a study with a fireplace and the bedrooms for two people. One double bedroom has a four- poster bed, and the master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower). There is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers.

The swimming pool (32x16 feet), located below the house, is surrounded by cypress trees and enjoys stunning views.

Maid service is included in the price 3 hours a day, 5 days per week, and additional maid service and a cook are available on request for an extra charge.

Campassole has a telephone, washing machine, TV (Italian), stereo/CD player, dishwasher, small electric appliances, and independent heating.
