Camporempoli is a restored farmhouse situated in one of the most beautiful positions, right in the heart of Chianti Classico. The views from the house are absolutely stunning, with all the windows framing a picture of the lovely Tuscan countryside at its best.

The spacious interiors have been restored to a very high standard, in an authentic Tuscan style and tastefully decorated with an interesting mix of furnishings and antiques. The living areas all open via French doors to the garden on one side and an internal patio on the other, making the rooms very light and airy. In the patio there is a lovely vine-covered pergola with a marble table, ideal for “al fresco” dining.

On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a second smaller living room with a dining area, and a big kitchen opening onto a terrace/garden. There is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which has a private door to the garden.

The second floor has a double bedroom with a four-poster bed; a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, another bathroom, and a bedroom with a French bed that has its own exit via staircase to the garden. There is an unusual tower bedroom, reached by a narrow “ladder” staircase, with a French bed and wonderful views. Other bedrooms include a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with bathroom. There is a gallery overlooking the living room with a sofa and books.

At the front of the house, the furnished terraces provide the perfect spot for enjoying the magnificent views. On this side there is a path leading to a beautiful swimming pool (40x20 feet) with a waterfall, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives. There is a resident cat on the property.

Maid service is included in the price 3 hours a day, 5 days hours per week, and additional maid service and a cook are available on request for an extra charge.

Camporempoli has a telephone, washing machine, TV (Italian), VCR, stereo/CD player, small electric appliances, dishwasher, a barbeque, and independent heating.
