Beautiful independent farmhouse at the center of an agricultural estate that produces Chianti Classico wines and olive oil. The farmhouse has Etruscan origins, and faces hills and valleys planted in vineyards and olive trees. Casa Fermentini was restored in 1998, and the restoration maintained the typical Tuscan architecture with its wood-beamed ceilings, terra cotta floors, and whitewashed walls.

The farmhouse is very spacious with two luminous living rooms. The large living rooms and dining area combined total almost 1000 square feet, and are separated by open stone archways. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities, including a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and electric oven, and the house has a washing machine. There is a telephone, fax machine and satellite TV. The bedrooms are on the second floor, and each has an ensuite bathroom. Two single beds can be added to house 13 people. The house has fans for use in summer.

The farmhouse has its own private swimming pool (18 x 13 feet) surrounded by olive trees. Meals can be taken in the private courtyard and garden.

In the courtyard next to the farmhouse, in a separate building, there is an apartment for 4 to 6 people. It is only rented to the same group of guests renting the farmhouse. The apartment was restored in 2000; single beds can be added to the double and twin bedrooms.

Maid service is provided twice a week for an additional cost, and a cook is available if requested at the time of booking.
