The property consists of two separate terracotta-brick farmhouses, allowing a large group to vacation together while maintaining their own privacy.

In the Main House, the sitting room and kitchen/dinning room both open onto the garden. The four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, are on the second floor. The master double bedroom has a staircase to the garden. The Guest House has one floor. Each twin bedroom shares a bathroom with a double bedroom.

The large swimming pool (42x21 feet) is located in a sunny area of the garden amid picturesque Tuscan views. There is also a changing area and guest bathroom by the pool.

The property is equipped with satellite TV, VCR, and stereo. Maid service is provided 3 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Casale del Pino is located just over nine miles from the towns of Montepulciano and Cortona. While both are known for their beauty, Cortona is also known as the setting of the famous book and movie Under the Tuscan Sun, by Frances Mayes. The location is ideal for touring the hill towns of Tuscany and Umbria.
