The idyllic property feels secluded, but is within walking distance from the town of Camaiore, and is just a few miles from the highway and in easy reach of the coast.

The owner's daughter is a renowned modern architect who designed the house, emphasizing open, spacious, luminous rooms. The property is divided into three spaces-the Main House and two Guesthouses - affording privacy and making it ideal for a group of friends traveling together.

Whitewashed beams and walls lend an airy feel. In the living room and dining room sliding glass panel doors open to the garden and the views and let in lots of light. The floor plan is open and contemporary. The kitchen area is spacious and well outfitted with modern appliances and quality cookware and serving ware. There is space for several cooks to work together.

The Main House contains two bedrooms- one double and one twin. Both are tastefully furnished. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A laundry room and a full bathroom with a shower are on a lower floor. The two Guesthouses each offer private accommodations for two people, with either double or twin beds. Each has its own bathroom and sitting space. Maid service is included for 6 hours per week.

Outside there is a shady covered veranda, and guests are free to help themselves to the fruits and vegetables from the garden. The sparkling swimming pool is large enough for laps, and there are plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing. There are different views from every corner of the property, and other houses in the neighborhood can be seen.

Casa Lula is just one mile from the village of Camaiore, where there are shops and eateries. The beaches are less than five miles away and interesting hill towns abound throughout the area.
