Casa Sabrina is in the countryside of the Umbrian hills, and is an ideal place from which to discover the "green heart of Italy." It is located near many interesting cities rich in art, history, and tradition, such as Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto and Assisi, and is within easy reach of Rome.

The heart of the farmhouse is a fully furnished, large, eat-in kitchen with a traditional open fireplace. Next to it is a welcoming living room with a satellite TV. Also on the first floor are two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have views of the picturesque Umbrian landscape. There are two twin bedrooms on the second floor; these bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms and fabulous views.

To accommodate two additional guests, there is a large apartment with a separate entrance just below the farmhouse off the garden and reached by a staircase. Its spacious living room includes a library and a fireplace, with three French windows facing the expansive green lawn. There is also a TV/game room and a kitchenette. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The farmhouse looks out on a beautiful, well-maintained garden that merges into nearby olive groves. The swimming pool in the garden is set against the spectacular panorama of the Tiber valley.

Casa Sabrina is well located for touring the Umbria region and Rome. Train service to Rome is five miles away, and the entrance to the main North/South A1 autostrada is less than six miles away. Shopping is easily available in nearby towns.

Casa Sabrina is equipped with a telephone, Internet access, dishwasher, electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer, small refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, ironing board, radio/CD players, and independent heating. Maid service is available for an extra hourly charge. Upon request, an excellent cook is available for an extra charge.
