Casa Tara is a beautiful farmhouse located in the countryside southwest of Florence. It is exceptionally spacious and was restored and furnished to a very high standard. It enjoys many panoramic terraces, a large swimming pool with exceptional views, and a private tennis court.

The first floor has a large entrance hall and two sitting rooms. The smaller sitting room has satellite TV and a fireplace; the larger sitting room also features a fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped with modern appliances. The dining room, also on this floor, has a fireplace. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom and one double bedroom have ensuite bathrooms. The four twin bedrooms share two bathrooms. One twin is more suitable for children.

A guest house close to the main house accommodates four additional guests. On the first floor is the sitting room with fireplace and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. The bedrooms and an additional bathroom are on the second floor. There is also a terrace on the second floor.

Casa Tara is located just over four miles from the lovely village of Montespertoli. Florence is about 15 miles away, a 35 minute drive, and Siena is about 30 miles away.

Maid service is included 3 hours a day, 3 days a week plus 8 hours a day one day a week. A cook is available for an extra charge.

Casa Tara is an ideal house for large groups of family or friends. Its proximity to Florence makes it an excellent base for touring, and its comfortable surroundings, fenced garden, tennis court, and large swimming pool make it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside.
