Beautiful rustic villa built on the side of a hill and surrounded by vineyards and woods. The villa is part of an agricultural estate that produces wine and extra virgin olive oil. It was built all in stone and lies on several levels, with spacious paved terraces surrounding it. One beautiful terrace has a vine-covered pergola and is ideal for eating outside while enjoying views of vineyards and hills. Another terrace has a barbecue and overlooks the swimming pools with its panoramic views. Some of the bedrooms also have terraces.

The house is very luminous, in part from all of the glass-arched doors that lead outside. It is impeccably and comfortably furnished. All the sleeping area windows have screens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with mixed range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and washing-machine. Maid service is provided three times a week for three hours each time for an extra cost.

There is a TV room with satellite TV, VCR, CD-Stereo system, and a telephone.

Certosina is in the heart of the Chianti region. Gaiole in Chianti is about two miles away, and Siena is 18 miles away.
