Fonterutolino is a delightful independent house located in the heart of the Chianti, just a short distance from the town of Castellina in Chianti with its shops, restaurants, public swimming pool and tennis court. Siena is about 8 miles away, and Florence is a 45 minute drive.

Fonterutolino has fabulous views of vineyards and the Chianti hills. The house is reached from a dirt road that is only used by locals. Fonterutolino is a two-storey house built on the side of a hill and it develops on two levels. On the upper level there is a private, covered car park and next to it is a terrace with a wrought iron gate that provides access to the double bedroom. Terracotta stairs lead down from both the car park and the terrace, to a second furnished terrace. At the bottom of the stairs is the rear garden, part lawn and part paved. It is fenced in and has a table and chairs for dining outside. It borders with the neighbors' garden.

From the rear garden, two glass doors open directly into the living/dining room with satellite TV, fireplace and kitchen corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, electric oven, and refrigerator with freezer. There is a powder room off the kitchen. A staircase leads to the second level, on this level is a twin bedroom, double bedroom with terrace, and a complete bathroom with shower.

Central heating and firewood are payable on consumption during heating season. There is a baby cot and washing machine on the property. A restaurant operated by a well-known winery is in walking distance.
