This delightful country villa is set in a secluded hillside position, just a few miles from the town of Castellina in Chianti, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, the villa enjoys glorious views of the Tuscan countryside and is surrounded by lawns and very well-landscaped gardens. The property includes vineyards producing excellent Chianti Classico wine.

The villa’s first floor is elegantly furnished with impressive antiques, while upper floors are furnished with a more country house feel. The first floor includes a large, traditional style kitchen with all modern conveniences that is perfect for cooking typical Tuscan cuisine. Also on this floor are two living rooms, a dining room, a study, and a TV room. There is a high-speed Internet connection for guests.

The second floor includes a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room. Located on the third floor are an additional double bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

Across a small courtyard there is a separate Apartment that can accommodate four people. It has a sitting room, a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a double bedroom with bathroom. During Low Season it is also possible to rent only the main house for 9 people.

The swimming pool is particularly unique; it is an unusually long pool built around an olive tree. In a separate building next to the pool, a billiard table and two bridge tables are available for guests’ use.

The caretaker lives in an adjacent house. Maid service is included 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
