Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, the villa enjoys glorious views of the Tuscan countryside and is surrounded by lawns and very well-landscaped gardens. The property includes vineyards producing excellent Chianti Classico wine.

The villa’s first floor is elegantly furnished with antiques, while upper floors are furnished more simply with a country house feel. The first floor includes a large, traditional style kitchen with all modern conveniences that is perfect for cooking typical Tuscan cuisine. Also on this floor are two living rooms, a dining room, a study, and a TV room. There is a high-speed Internet connection for guests.

The second floor includes a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room. Located on the third floor are an additional double bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

The swimming pool is particularly unique; it is an unusually long pool built around an olive tree. In a separate building next to the pool, a billiard table and two bridge tables are available for guests’ use.

The caretaker lives in an adjacent house. Maid service is included 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
