Il Mezzanino is a charming apartment beautifully restored in 2001, in the medieval part of Lucca close to the famous Guinigi Tower, one of the city’s most renowned attractions. Restaurants, cafes and stores are nearby.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor (no elevator, one flight up) of a restored period building. The very helpful owners live in the same building and are available to assist their guests.

The furniture is lovely, combining antique pieces with comfortable seating. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). The twin bedroom and single bedroom (with no window and suitable for a teenager) share a bathroom (bathtub and shower).

Maid service is included in the price 6 hours per week, and additional maid service is available for an extra charge. The apartment has a telephone, high-speed Internet connection, washing machine, satellite TV, stereo/CD player, small electric appliances, and independent heating for year-round rentals.

Upon request, a parking space at a car park near the apartment can be reserved for an extra charge.
