La Cappella is a farmhouse consisting of four separate apartments, and it is located on a large and active wine estate in the center of the Chianti Classico wine district. The estate is situated in a dominating position overlooking vineyards, woodlands, and the typical Tuscan panorama dotted with farmhouses and small hamlets in the distance. The estate includes two farmhouses with a total of eight apartments, two swimming pools (one reserved for each farmhouse), a tennis court, a soccer field, and ample opportunities for hiking.

La Cappella is the main farmhouse, and it is composed of several different buildings that have been connected over the years and form around an internal courtyard. The owner and his family also live on the grounds. The second farmhouse, with the Proneta apartments, is not far from La Cappella and can be reached by a road that runs through the estate.

All four apartments have private entrances that can be reached by a flight of stairs. La Cappella 1 and 2 both have private, furnished loggias. La Cappella 3 has a private, furnished terrace that overlooks the courtyard and La Cappella 4 has a private, furnished garden. Each apartment has a well-equipped, modern kitchen that includes a gas range, oven, refrigerator and freezer, and La Cappella 1, 2 and 3 also have a dishwasher and washing machine.

All of the apartments are comfortably furnished with an abundant use of Tuscan wood furniture. There is ample garden furniture provided, and parking is nearby on the property grounds. The large swimming pool (66 x 36 feet) for La Cappella has a diving board and is surrounded by a terrace with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The estate offers its own Chianti Classico wines, vinsanto and extra virgin olive oil for sale. Baby cots are available and there are independent barbecues for the apartments. Maid service and a cook can be provided on request. There is free WiFi service available in and around the estate office, but guests need to bring their own laptops/phones.

The estate is located about 4 miles from both San Donato in Poggio and Poggibonsi. Castellina in Chianti, San Gimignano, Siena and Florence are all easily reachable because the highway that runs between Florence and Siena is only a short drive from the property.
