La Collina is a beautiful independent villa that sits on top of a hill with a 360-degree view over the surrounding countryside. The villa is surrounded by extensive gardens and a private swimming pool (15x30 feet). Several doors on the first floor of the villa lead directly to the gardens and a covered portico furnished with a table and chairs and garden furniture.

The villa is located 30 miles from Arezzo, and is not far from the towns of Southern Tuscany and the Crete Senesi. The hill towns of the Chianti are an easy drive away.

La Collina is impeccably furnished with great care to details. Many pieces are antiques and the finishings are luxurious.The first floor has a very large living room with an archway that separates it from a cozier sitting room with a fireplace. There is a formal dining room and an informal dining room with a marble top table that is separated from the kitchen by another open archway. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and an open hearth fireplace for grilling and roasting. The powder room is on this floor.

The bedrooms are all on the second floor, with the three bathrooms. One sitting room has arched panoramic windows and the other has a fireplace, so there are spaces for relaxing and reading on this floor.

Maid service is provided at an extra cost for four hours, three times a week and additional hours can be arranged. The maid has exclusive access to the laundry room with washing machine.

La Collina is equipped with satellite TV with VHS, stereo with CD player, and a cellphone provided for guest use (guests pay for the cost of the calls.).
