This farmhouse is located on the beautiful Campalli estate, a 750-acre farm that produces Chianti Classico wine. Also located on the estate is the Castle of Campalli, and guided tours of the estate and the castle, including wine tasting, can be arranged. Under 5 miles from a highway exit, the farmhouse is an ideal base for touring the main Tuscan towns while maintaining a secluded and quiet atmosphere on the property. The owners of this property are extremely helpful and welcoming to guests.

La Corte di Campalli is a large stone farmhouse built in the 16th century, and it takes its name from the impressive internal courtyard around which it was built. It was completely restored in 2002 using authentic traditional materials, and was equipped with all modern facilities. The farmhouse’s interiors are airy and spacious. The first floor entrance is through a large arcade, and a large sitting room with arches opens onto the courtyard and the garden. Also located on this floor are a large kitchen/dining room, TV room with satellite TV, twin bedroom, bathroom, a room with a bread oven, and a laundry room.

The second floor includes a suite with a master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom; a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom; a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. There is also a sitting room with a fireplace and a piano opening to a patio with table tennis. A separate wing, accessible from the first floor by a separate staircase, includes a double bedroom with sitting area and an ensuite bathroom.

The swimming pool, located beside the house, enjoys stunning views over the Tuscan countryside.

Maid service is included in the price for 9 hours a week. An excellent local cook is available on request for an extra charge.
