La Fontanella is a beautiful stone farmhouse located in a panoramic position surrounded by ample private grounds and gardens. The house has a wonderful interior that maintains Tuscan traditions, with high wood-beamed ceilings, cotto floors, and whitewashed walls. The house is luminous and well furnished with typical Tuscan solid wood pieces.

The spacious living room, with a fireplace and comfortable seating, is located on the first floor. The large dining room and kitchen are also on this floor. The kitchen is modern and complete with a large mixed range, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. A double room and a twin bedroom, each with doors onto the furnished terrace, and a complete bathroom are on the first floor. Two more double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are on the second floor. Each double bed can be divided into twin beds upon request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a private, heated swimming pool (20x46 feet) surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens. The pool area is furnished and has a spacious solarium terrace.

The house is located just three miles from the shops and restaurants of Radda in Chianti. The heart of the Chianti Classico wine production area is less than four miles away in Castellina in Chianti. Siena is fifteen miles away, and Florence about thirty-seven.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, baby cot, telephone, and a barbeque. Central heating is payable on consumption. A maid is available upon request.
