La Godiola 3 is an independent building on the grounds of an estate located in Southern Tuscany just over a mile from Lake Montepulciano. Lake Trasimeno and the Etruscan towns of Castiglione del Lago and Chiusi are not far away, and have facilities for shopping. Chiusi also offers a train stop on the intercity line connecting Rome and towns north such as Florence, so it is very conveniently located.

The property sits on a hilltop, with lovely views over the countryside and a very well-maintained garden. There is also an old farmhouse on the property with two other apartments, so guests of La Godiola 3 share the beautiful grounds and swimming pool (18x36 feet). The pool is set on a lawn with old pine and cypress trees, and is surrounded by fertile fields, vineyards and olive groves. Guests can walk from the property into the surrounding fields which are part of the estate.

La Godiola 3 develops on the first floor. There is a large dining room with a couch to one side, and a kitchen corner. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property was nicely restored not long ago. There is a wonderful covered verandah that runs the length of the building and faces a fabulous view over the countryside, a great place for dining and relaxing.
