Wonderful stone farmhouse located on a hill overlooking the valley and medieval town of Todi, a 10-minute drive away. The farmhouse is very spacious, with two sitting areas and several outside spaces for dining/relaxing. All the rooms on the first floor have access to the garden. The second floor bedrooms have fabulous views.

Le Rondini has been very tastefully furnished with simple country antiques, soft colors, comfortable couches and chairs, and new beds. The kitchen is equipped for a professional cook, and the dining room with fireplace seats 12. All windows have screens. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite.

The farmhouse has all modern conveniences (it was restored in 2000), including a washing machine, clothes dryer, small electric appliances, CD player, telephone, TV/VCR and computer for guests' use. Maid service must be taken, twice a week for 4 hours at a time. Utilities are not included in the price.

In addition to exploring Todi, the location is very convenient for visiting other Umbrian towns of Perugia, Spoleto, Deruta, Gubbio and Norcia. The hilltowns of Southern Tuscany are not far away, and Rome can be reached in less than two hours.
