Beautiful independent stone house originating in 1100 and modified several times. Current owners carefully restored it, adding glass doors that connect the inside of the house with the garden, and showcase the wonderful views over the Chianti countryside.

House is exquisitely furnished, and finished in typical Tuscan style with wood beamed ceilings, cotto floors and whitewashed tiles. Each bedroom is connected to its own private bathroom built in Carrara marble, and there are orthopedic mattresses.

Kitchen is fully equipped for a demanding chef, and there is a large refrigerator, freezer, two washing machines and a dryer. One of the fireplaces off the kitchen can be used for cooking. The formal dining room has two large panoramic glass doors, as does the spacious comfortable living room with its own piano.

There are extensive private grounds around the house, with ample furnished areas, a covered car park, and a separate covered loggia at the side of the house, which is fully furnished as an external living/dining room with fireplace for cooking. The grounds also include an Italian bocce court and delightful fishpond.

There is a satellite TV with DVD and a stereo with a CD player, as well as a computer with Internet access.

Daily maid service is included in the price. Meals can be arranged for guests at an additional cost. Central heating is included in the price.
