Moci di Sotto is a beautifully restored, independent farmhouse on a hilltop in the Chianti. Surrounded by vineyards and open country, Moci di Sotto is a quiet residence that is only 2 miles from local shops and restaurants. Its location also offers convenient access to major areas of Tuscany, with Siena only a 25 minute drive and Florence about an hour away.

In front of the house there is a paved courtyard with two separate covered areas with tables for eating outside. In one part of the paved courtyard is a small storage house with a full bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. To the side of the courtyard is a covered parking area, and a fully furnished lawn with deck chairs and a canopy umbrella.

Upon entering the farmhouse from the courtyard, a flight of stairs leads to the living quarters. At the top of the stairs there is a landing. To the right of this landing is a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with a freezer and a dishwasher. On the left of the landing is a dining room with two large, open windows that offer panoramic views of the Chianti countryside. The living room, with a cozy fireplace, wood beamed ceilings and terracotta floors is also on this level.

There are three bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom is connected to a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower attachment. There are two other double bedrooms next to the living room, separated by a hallway, that share a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom, with two twin beds, is in a tower room on the top floor. All of the rooms in the house are well furnished and feature white washed walls and wood beamed ceilings.

At the back of the farmhouse there is an inviting swimming pool and outdoor furniture that can be used to enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape.

For those renting the house for 10 people, a separate suite will be opened, with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The suite can only be accessed from the outside.

The house is fully equipped with a telephone for guest use, a barbeque, satellite TV with DVD/CD player, and a baby cot and high chair. Maid service is available upon request.
