This apartment is located in the area of Dorsoduro, a few minutes' walk from the Accademia Bridge and next to the noted Ca'Rezzonico Palace. It is on the first floor of a typical Venetian palazzo right on the Grand Canal. There are three steps into a hallway that leads to a large living room with two tall windows looking directly at the Grand Canal. Across the Canal is the Palazzo Grassi, a well-known museum in Venice.

The living room ceilings are high and have wood beams. The room has comfortable furniture, an antique desk, a lovely Venetian glass ceiling fixture, and a TV. The double bedroom is nicely furnished and the bathroom has a bathtub. There is a kitchen/dining area with a window to a courtyard. Upon request, guests can sit in the palazzo's garden, but may not eat there.

The apartment is equipped with a small dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner cooktop, TV, small oven and independent heating system. Fans are available on request. There is easy access by water taxi to the palazzo's private pier.
