This villa is located just below the fortified medieval hamlet of Volpaia. Its secluded location ensures complete privacy, but the villa is just a short walk from the town center. Pozza di Volpaia is part of the Castello di Volpaia wine estate. The estate office in the hamlet has helpful, English-speaking staff who can assist guests during their stay, and arrange cooking classes. The hamlet has a food shop and two restaurants and a wine bar. Local products can be tasted and bought in the hamlet.

Pozza di Volpaia has been tastefully restored to combine traditional materials with modern conveniences. It is surrounded by a pretty garden with trees, vines, and pots of geraniums. A covered dining area and a shady pergola for sitting and relaxing are perfect for enjoying these outdoor areas. The swimming pool is beautifully situated with spectacular views over the Tuscan countryside. A tennis court, in easy walking distance, is available on request.

The first floor sitting room with fireplace opens onto the garden and covered patio dining area. The dining room and kitchen also open out onto the patio. A single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are also on this floor.

On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms, one with a door that opens onto the garden, share a bathroom.

Just across from the Main House is a small Guest House. It contains a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Maid service is included in the price 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
