Originally a 12th century tower, Renaiola is a restored townhouse near the center of the town of Gaiole in Chianti. Gaiole is in the heart of the Chianti region. Radda in Chianti is 7 miles away, Siena is 15 miles away, and the entrance to the A1 Autostrada is also not a long drive. Gaiole offers all facilities and restaurants and has a bus system connecting it to Siena, Florence and Montevarchi.

Renaiola is a two-storey house flanked by other properties. It has a private entrance with an internal staircase opening into the living room. The interior boasts woodbeamed ceilings, cotto floors and some of the original stone walls. It is comfortably and elegantly furnished. Opposite the living room is a dining room with a glass door that opens onto a stone staircase leading up to a garden with furniture and a barbecue. Connected to the dining room is a kitchenette fully equipped with a gas range, oven, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. A door in the kitchenette opens into a powder room.

Another staircase leads to a hallway on the second floor where the sleeping section of the house is located. There is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the hallway is a second double bedroom that can become a twin bedroom on request. A door in this bedroom opens into a single bedroom situated under the roof.

A baby cot and a high chair are available. Central heating is an extra charge per week during heating season.
