Apartment Teatro is located in a quiet area not far from St. Mark's Square, with about a five-minute walk from the San Stae vaporetto. The apartment building is set in a lovely garden with a large palm tree. Teatro is on the mezzanine floor (11 steps, no elevator). The apartment has the feel of an older building, with different size rooms, beam ceilings painted white, parquet wood floors, and windows overlooking a small canal. It is decorated with antique pieces and there are lovely works of art on the walls. The apartment is about 1000 square feet in size.

The entrance to Apartment Teatro opens onto a comfortable living room with a couch and TV. From the living room there are two steps that lead to a Venetian corridor (like a bridge with windows over the canal) into a large room that serves as the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen decoration is interesting, dominated by an antique cupboard and large dining room table.

Two steps up lead to another area with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has twin beds that can be united into a double and both of the bedrooms have windows facing the garden. There is ample closet space in the apartment. Two bathrooms with tile floors are next to the bedrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The apartment is equipped with a stove, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, TV (Italian), and independent heating.
