Todino is located in the historic center of Todi, just a short walk from the main square of this medieval town. This cozy house is ideal for individuals who want to experience life in one of the prettiest small towns in Umbria.

Todino was recently restored by its American owners, and includes many amenities, such as a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser, a dishwasher and an American coffee maker. The house also contains a washing machine, clothes dryer, fans, wireless internet, stereo system and TV (Italian).

The entrance to the house is off a narrow street, and the laundry /storage room is adjacent to the entrance. A flight of stairs leads to the living/dining room located on the second floor. It is a well-proportioned room with windows that look out on the rooftops of Todi. Sections of the old stone walls and original wooden beams were preserved in the process of modernizing the house and are visible in the room. A king size bedroom is also located on this floor, with an adjacent modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

A wooden, spiral staircase provides access to the third floor where there is another king-size bedroom. The adjacent bathroom has a bathtub and hand shower.

Todi is ideally located to explore nearby tourist destinations in Umbria, including Gubbio, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto and Perugia. The ceramic manufacturing town of Deruta is less than thirty minutes away. Todi is located approximately two hours from Rome.
