Torre di Todi is a 17th century farmhouse with three apartments located within walking distance from Todi, a medieval hilltop town in Umbria. The farmhouse is perched on a hill near the famous Church of Santa Maria della Consolazione. The apartments face the Tiber Valley, and have panoramic views over the countryside of Umbria. Each apartment has an outdoor area for dining and relaxing that takes in the views. The apartments combine a rustic atmosphere with a modern feel, as the restoration retained much of the original stone walls and wood beam ceilings.

Every apartment has air conditioning, a TV that receives BBC in English and Italian stations, VCR, tape player, dishwasher, American coffee maker, and windows with screens. There is also a washing machine available for guests' use. At the property, there is an office that is open on a set schedule. It has a computer with a high-speed line that guests can use, as well as a phone that guests can use with their own international calling cards. The local contact at Torre di Todi speaks English and will be very helpful to guests.

Lavanda (sleeps 4) is a two-story apartment with a large terrace that offers spectacular views of the Tiber Valley. The apartment is on the ground floor, next to the office and near the parking area. The living room has a fireplace, a gray stone floor, and windows that look out over the valley. Next to the living room is a kitchen with a dining table for six. Lavanda has a full oven and microwave. The two bedrooms are up a flight of stone stairs, with a bathroom between the bedrooms containing both a bathtub and separate shower.

Salvia (sleeps 2+1) is a few steps from the parking area, next to the office. Guests enter into the kitchen/dining area, which has a two-burner cook top, toaster oven, small refrigerator, and a dining table for four. The living room has two couches, one of which can serve as a sofa bed.

Rosmarino (sleeps 2+2) is reached by an outside staircase. The living room has a fireplace, dining table, and sofa bed for two people. A kitchen corner is in one part of the room, with equipment similar to Salvia's.

Rosmarino can be combined with Timo (sleeps 4) to form a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Timo has a queen-size bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
