This beautiful house is the ideal base for touring Florence’s famous museums, galleries, and shopping areas. It is located in a lovely residential area near Porta Romana, one of the gates to the historic center of Florence, and is just a short walk from Piazza della Signoria. An autostrada entrance less than 15 minutes away provides easy access to the surrounding Chianti region and Siena.

The villa was fully restored in 2003 in a stylish, contemporary fashion, and has been featured in several international magazines.

On the ground floor is a sitting room with fireplace and a dining area that opens onto a dining terrace and the garden. The open-plan kitchen has every modern convenience, and there is also a music and TV room.

The second floor includes a large master bedroom with a terrace, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bedroom on this floor. On the third floor are two double bedrooms. One has an ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional separate bathroom.

Maid service is included 8 hours a day, 4 days a week, plus an extra day for 4 hours only. There are two parking spaces on the villa grounds.
