Located in the middle of a well-tended estate in a quiet residential district, Villa Clara enjoys the best of both worlds - the peace and panoramas of the countrside with the convenience of being just minutes from the beautiful city of Lucca. The location is perfect for touring Tuscany, as the highway is less than five miles away.

Villa Clara accommodates 20 people, and all bedrooms (except for one) have their own bathroom. For smaller groups up to 12 people, part of the third floor is closed off.

The classical-style villa is an 18th century manor house set within a formal garden, and furnished in an elegant manner. The centerpiece of the main floor is the grand dining room with French doors that open onto both the front and rear gardens. A Tuscan-style kitchen is a cook's delight. There is plenty of room to relax in the two sitting rooms, as well as the billiard room. Up to date modern equipment, including a high-speed internet line, are provided.

All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated. On the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. An additional double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom share a bathroom with a shower. The third floor has 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

The private swimming pool is very large (54x24 feet) and is surrounded by cooling lawns. There are plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing. Maid service is included for four hours per day, five days a week. Upon request, a cook is available to prepare meals.
