This estate is immersed in the green hills and surrounded by prized vineyards in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, and provides wonderful views of the soft Chianti hills and valleys. This three-building complex has been elegantly restored while maintaining the simplicity and comfort of the Tuscan country style with wood beam ceilings, cotto floors, and stone and whitewash walls.

The Main House develops on three levels. On the first floor, a spacious living room has comfortable sofas facing an open hearth fireplace. Two steps down is a cozy study and sitting area. A glass door leads outside to a covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated with handmade tiles. There is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. The bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master double bedroom, are on the second floor.

A staircase leads down to the lower level and a great hall, previously the site of the stables. This a living area with couches and a billiard table. Two open brick arches divide the area into sections, and doors lead onto a terrace, shaded by pergolas and large trees, that runs the length of the house.

Next to the main house is a Second house, where glass doors open into a hallway with a wood burning oven. The living/dining room with a kitchen on the side has a large glass arched door opening to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with gas range, electric oven, small dishwasher and a counter-fitted small refrigerator. This house has a double bedroom, single bedroom, and bathroom. There is external access from this house to a double bedroom suite with bathroom that can be rented at an additional price.

The two-story Third house is a converted hay barn and is accessed from a terrace made of old bricks. The living room has original cotto floors and an enormous stone arch with a hallway leading to the kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with gas range, electric oven, and counter-fitted refrigerator with small freezer section. A bathroom is on this floor. A wrought iron staircase leads to a gallery above the living room. In the gallery are a double bed and a single bed. This house is not available when the property is rented for 9 people.

The swimming pool is on a plateau on a lower level near the main house; it is surrounded by natural vegetation and is well furnished. There are numerous terraces on the property for enjoying the views and countryside. Near the main house entrance is a partially covered terrace equipped with garden furniture.

The villa is well situated for day trips to tour the Siennese province and greater Tuscany. Siena is located 12.5 miles away and Florence 23 miles away.

The houses have central heating, payable on consumption. Maid service is included three hours a day, three times a week. A local cook can prepare meals if arranged in advance.
