These two virtually identical and newly restored studio apartments are well located in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s Square. Zaccaria A (Apt. #86) is on the second floor, and Zaccaria C (Apt. #88) is on the third floor; there is no elevator. The apartments are 275 square feet in size.

Each apartment has two windows, which bring in light. The two single beds have wicker frames and serve as sofas; they can also be united to form a double bed. There are matching wicker armchairs, a table for dining, and good reading lamps. There is a small kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower. Zaccaria A has wood parquet floors, and Zaccaria C has marble-like tile floors.

The apartments are equipped with a TV and a two-burner cooktop. Zaccaria A also has a washing machine.

Each apartment is across the hall from another apartment (Zaccaria B, #87 and Zaccaria D, #89), so groups of 4, 6, or 8 can stay together on one floor or two.
