These two virtually identical apartments are located just a short walk from St. Mark's Square in Venice. The apartments are newly renovated, and each is well furnished in a modern style. Zaccaria B (Apt. #87) is on the second floor and Zaccaria D (Apt. #89) is on the third floor; there is no elevator. Each is approximately 630 square feet.

Guests enter into a large living room, well lighted by three large windows. The living room is comfortably furnished with two couches and chairs in wicker, and a nice coffee table. The couches are sofa beds, allowing four people to stay in each apartment for an extra weekly charge. The bedroom has twin beds that can be united as a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a table with six chairs.

Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, oven, 4-burner cook top, iron, and TV. Zaccaria B has air conditioning.

Each apartment is across the hall from another apartment (Zaccaria A, #86 and Zaccaria C, #88) so groups of 4, 6, or 8 can stay together on one floor or two.
